Their lawsuit claims the woman reduced the bartenders? hours when they refused her advances.
One of the bartenders admitted he succumbed to the manager?s charms in a one-time fling. However, when he broke off the short-lived affair, she allegedly berated him in public.
The complaint lists six charges: sexual discrimination and harassment, retaliation, negligence, negligent infliction of emotional distress, invasion of privacy, and assault and battery.
