TONIGHT: Clear Skies, Low: 56, Winds NW-5

TUESDAY: Mostly Sunny, High: 83, Winds SW 10-15
Some big rains fell late Saturday night into early Sunday morning. Below is a radar estimate of total rainfall that show areas north of the metro area, from Young County over to Lamar County, go the lion?s share of the rain. The highest rainfall amount I could find was a report out of Fannin County of 2.68?.
A fine Sunday finishes up with clear skies tonight. Temperatures will drop down to the mid-50?s in the metro area, down to the upper 40?s in the countryside.
Monday will again bring lots of sunshine and low humidity. Highs will reach to an above-normal status into the mid-80?s (upper 70?s is more typical of this time of year).
Tuesday we?ll have a little more wind, a few high clouds late in the day and highs right back in the mid-80?s. Wednesday a cold front arrives late, it will be windy day with highs getting close to 90 degrees. From Corsicana to Bonham and east there is a chance of rain with the passing of this front.
On the other side of the front we?ll have cooler highs in the 70?s. Right now we keep the weekend forecast dry with highs in the 80?s.
