Fathers teach you what's important - A Fatherhood Legacy Story

Joe of Camberwell, Victoria

What do you want your children to remember of you?Joe holding his newborn
That I loved them and supported them always.
That it was important to be a good citizen ? respect, love and help others.
That it was important to live life to the most ? put your all into whatever you did.
That it was important to look after yourself ? physically and mentally.

What do your remember of your father?
Always had time for me.
Taught me the importance of your family and friends.
Taught me to swim and fish.
Came to everyone of my junior footy matches ? U10 to U18.
Taught me to be a good citizen and always helped and gave to others wherever he could.
Taught me the basics of running a business.
Together with Mum gave me every opportunity to lay the foundations for life as I know it now.
