Food-packaging manufacturer Pactiv plans to invest more than $9 million to expand its facilities in Mooresville and Kinston, adding about 77 Jobs. Illinois-based Pactiv already employs about 850 workers in North Carolina, according to a news release from N.C. Gov. Pat McCrory's office.
