Actor Jason London is preparing to go to trial as he fights disorderly conduct and assault charges relating to a bar brawl in Arizona last month (Jan13).
The Dazed and Confused star found himself in handcuffs after allegedly punching a bouncer at the Martini Ranch bar in Scottsdale and then reportedly fighting police officers who arrived at the scene.
London was left battered and bruised in the clash, and he underwent reconstructive surgery earlier this month (Feb13) to repair facial fractures sustained in the fight.
He has maintained his innocence, claiming he was the real victim, and the 40 year old entered a not guilty plea as he answered the accusations in court this week (begs18Feb13).
The judge overseeing the case set a pre-trial date for 11 April (13).
