Chase Resourcing an international base for recruitment are delighted to announce that our client, a hugely successful medical and dental supplies company, require a field based Dental Sales and Development Manager as they have just been appointed the sole agent of a break through dental product.

The candidate will be involved in developing business with Orthodontists and General Dental Practitioners throughout Ireland.

Job Title: Dental Sales/Business Development Manager

Location: Nationwide ( 32 counties)

Start Date: ASAP

Salary: Competitive package + attractive benefits

Remuneration: Company vehicle, fuel card, expenses,iPad, iPhone!

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Realising the market potential for this new product range.
• Generate sales from existing and new customers to achieve challenging sales targets.
• Building rapport and long lasting relationships with clients.
• Provide training and support to clients in promoting the product to their patients.
• Organising and leading practice development events.

Qualifications:

• Exceptional sales and account management skills, ideally developed in the healthcare sector.
• Previous experience in the sale of medical/orthodontic devices would be a distinct advantage.
• Proven success smashing targets and increasing sales.
• Ability to demonstrate and present products.
• Ability to work independently on own initiative whilst still being able to cooperate as part of a larger team.
